Nestling in the Pennines, with breathtaking views of the Colne Valley, the White House is situated on the outskirts of Huddersfield on the B6107 road at Slaithwaite. 

The 18th. century Inn lies in an area of natural Pennine beauty, in the centre of the TV locations for 'Where the Heart Is' and 'Last of the Summer Wine'.

The Pennine Link narrow canal, Yorkshire's latest and greatest tourist attraction, is less than a mile away.  This is an ideal area for walkers and sightseers alike, who appreciate the splendour of England's hill country.
